Returns & Policy

 All sales are final. we refund on damaged merchandise only. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 6 days of receipt. Please make sure to inspect your merchandise upon receipt and make sure to count your items . we will enclosed the invoice in your package , Please find enclosed invoice in your shipment and compare the content of the package with your invoice !

All returned merchandise must be pre-approved by our return department with an RMA number and MUST be returned in its original condition and packaging and tags within 6 days of receipt . Merchandise that is not in its original condition or received past the 6 days period will not be accepted. no exception !
(There are no returns NO EXCEPTIONS!) on any products . because we are wholesale supplier .

Customer is RESPONSIBLE for shipping charges.

fashion emall reserves the right to refuse any return requests for merchandise other than damaged goods.

Returns made without a pre-approved RMA number from our return dept. will not be accepted  and will not get refund at all . make sure to write the rma on your return package and make a copy of your invoice and include in the return package .

Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order if is requested by customer.

 Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers error are subject to 18% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
